Auckland Translations Ltd welcomes qualified translators to join our translation service team.
1. Freelance Translators
Currently, Auckland Translations Ltd only needs native English translators of the following languages: Chinese, German, Japanese, French, Dutch, Spanish and Korean.
You will need to meet all the following requirements:
- Be a native English language speaker;
- Have at least a diploma in translation studies or a NAATI certificate; or be a full member of a translator association where membership approval is based on merit/examinations.
- Have at least two years of experience in translation services.
It does not matter which country you are based, but you must be able to accept payment through Paypal if you are not based in New Zealand.
2. Freelance Interpreters
We need interpreters of the following languages:
- Cantonese
- Mandarin
- Japanese
- Korean
You will need to meet all the following requirements:
- Be a native speaker of Cantonese, Japanese, Korean or English; and based in Auckland, New Zealand.
- Have a certificate in interpreting (from a NZ or overseas university) that required at least 6 months of studies; be a member of NZSTI or a NAATI approved interpreter.
- Have two years of interpreting experience.
