- By default, we will email you an official certified English translation as a PDF document. This translation document will have all the required seal/stamp and signature on it. A colour printout will be accepted as an official certified translation. You do not need to have a paper (hard) translation document from us.
- If you do not have access to a colour printer, and if you are in Auckland, you can come to our office to pick up a paper translation document. If you are in Christchurch, Wellington, Hamilton, or any other parts of New Zealand, we can courier you a paper translation. An additional fee of NZ$10 applies.
